Our historic mansion in the heart of the Central West End was built in 1895 and became the permanent home of The Saint Louis Woman’s Club in 1911. Today The Club retains the elegance of that earlier age, but with updated décor designed to appeal to modern tastes. A variety of welcoming and flexible spaces allow for large or intimate gatherings for parties, luncheons, dinners, business meetings, weddings, galas and other celebrations.

Brides enjoy the thrill of creating a unique and personal event at The Saint Louis Woman’s Club. They and their guests have exclusive use of our beautiful Clubhouse for this very special occasion. Menu planning with Chef Leon, including a tasting, is all part of the planning process, and General Manager Elizabeth Cordes and Banquet Manager Stela Georgieva offer guidance and support so there is careful attention to every detail.

Our boardroom table seats up to 20 and the room includes a beautiful seating area as well as a grand piano. Additional spaces in The Club are available for presentations, break-out sessions and larger dining events.

It is the policy of The Saint Louis Woman’s Club to waive event fees for 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.

Your organization's Gala, holiday party, board meeting or other event at The Club provides your planning committee a unique venue and an opportunity to create a very special event. Menu planning with Chef Leon, as well as the assistance of General Manager Elizabeth Cordes and Banquet Manager Stela Gerogieva, ensures that every detail will be considered.

Event Inclusions

There is parking for 45 cars at The Club, which is ADA compliant and provides a wheelchair lift at the lovely side entrance, used for Valet Parking, and an elevator. Accessible restrooms are located on both the first and second floors and there is a large coat room on the first floor.

China, silver, glassware and standard (ivory) table linens are included in rental packages. Available at additional cost are silver candelabra, glass hurricane chimneys, specialty table linens and chair covers, and valet parking services.

Events held in the evening and on weekends are charged a rental fee of $1200 as well as a food and beverage minimum of $1500. Menus are customized for your event in consultation with Chef Leon Dubinovskiy. Complimentary tastings will be arranged. You can learn more about Chef Leon here.

For events held during the week between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., there is no rental fee, only a food and beverage minimum and a required deposit. Not-for-Profit organizations do not pay rental fees at The Saint Louis Woman’s Club.
